- Respect - We will not waste your valuable time. The candidate’s credentials will be submitted to employers only when we feel that there is a match. We do not send candidates out on interviews just for interviewing sake.
- Communication and Confidentiality – We inform our client about the background of the candidate and inform the prospective candidates, as to whom we are presenting the resume to. We do not "mass fax" candidates resumes. All candidates are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- No Pressure - We don't pressure individuals to go on interviews or to accept jobs. The clients know what they are seeking, and only the candidate will know what is best to meet their career objectives.
